Advanced technological features also include communication LEDs that display the state of the MFP. Drag and drop favorite icons to easily customize the home page and have access to a quick-help manual on a tiltable 10.1″ color LCD touchscreen. Everyday use is easy and straightforward; all features, functions, and settings, including advanced preview and web browsing, are instantly accessible with only a touch, tap, pinch, spread, or swipe. Flexible workflows are made possible by single sign-on cloud access, mobile connectivity through WiFi, NFC, or QR Code, direct USB printing of MS Office files, and OCR for scan to searchable PDF & scan to Office. It is possible to simultaneously support two networks, including a mix of wireless and wired networks, with the help of an optional secondary LAN. Users can send and store documents to a main MFP, which serves as a server, using the normal Print Release function.
