Transcend’s PCIe SSD 110Q adheres to NVMe 1.3 and uses the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface, which means four lanes are used for sending and receiving data at the same time, resulting in up to 2,000MB/s read and 1,500MB/s write throughput. To boost storage density, the Transcend 110Q 1TB NVMe M.2 PCle SSD employs QLC 3D NAND technology that stacks 4-bit-per-cell vertically.
