The QNAP TS-832PX-4G 8 Bay Nas Storage is a powerful and reliable network-attached storage solution with great performance, scalability, and security for various applications. It is powered by an AnnapurnaLabs Alpine AL324 CPU with four cores and a clock speed of 1.7 GHz. This processor provides quick and efficient performance for multitasking, data backup, file sharing, and other applications. It ships with 4 GB of SODIMM DDR4 memory that can be expanded to 16 GB by inserting a 16 GB module into the memory slot. SODIMM DDR4 memory has a high data transfer rate and low power consumption, making it excellent for energy-efficient operation. QNAP TS-832PX-4G 8 Bay Nas Storage features eight drive bays and can hold up to eight 3.5-inch SATA hard disk drives or solid-state devices. This gives a large storage capacity as well as flexibility for various applications. The drive bays are hot-swappable and lockable, allowing for simple drive installation and replacement without disrupting system function. It includes three USB 3.2 Gen 1 connections that can transport data at up to 5 Gbps. External devices such as flash drives, external hard drives, printers, scanners, and so on can be connected to these ports. It has a system fan, a CPU fan, and dual-boot operating system protection. QNAP TS-832PX-4G 8 Bay Nas Storage supports multiple network protocols and can handle up to 700 concurrent connections.
