The Netac Basic 8GB DDR4 2666MHZ Desktop RAM is a high-performance memory module that is designed to be used as the main memory in PCs. This unbuffered DDR4 SDRAM DIMM operates at a high speed of 2666MHz and has a capacity of 8GB. The module uses gold contact fingers for better conductivity and comes with several features that improve its performance. It has a low-power auto self-refresh (LPASR) function, which helps to reduce power consumption, and data bus inversion (DBI) for data bus, which minimizes signal distortion. The Netac Basic 8GB DDR4 2666MHZ Desktop RAM includes on-die termination (ODT) for data, strobe, and mask signals, temperature-controlled refresh (TCR), command/address (CA) parity, and 8-bit prefetch. The module also supports per DRAM addressability, fly-by topology, and terminated control command and address bus. This RAM has a fixed burst chop (BC) of 4 and burst length (BL) of 8 via the mode register set (MRS), and it can be switched to selectable BC4 or BL8 on-the-fly (OTF). It also features on-die VREFDQ generation and calibration and a database write cyclic redundancy check (CRC).
