The C-Data FD514GB-PFX-R410 dual-mode ONU is an XPON optical network unit designed to meet broadband access network requirements. The product includes 4 GE ports with PoE/PoE+ functions that can not only transmit data but also connect to terminal devices such as cameras to supply power, making networking more flexible. The EPON interface complies with the 1000BASE-PX20+ symmetric standard, while the GPON interface adheres to the FSAN G.984.2 standard, Class B+. The downstream and upstream data rates vary depending on the network type, with GPON supporting 2.488Gbps downstream and 1.244Gbps upstream, and EPON supporting 1.25Gbps in both directions. The device operates at different wavelengths for transmission and reception, with GPON using 1490nm for reception and EPON using 1310nm for transmission and 1490nm for reception. The user Ethernet interface consists of four auto-negotiation ports that support speeds of 10/100/1000Mbps and can operate in full or half-duplex mode. These ports utilize RJ45 connectors and feature auto MDI/MDI-X functionality. Additionally, the device supports POE (Power over Ethernet) and POE+ functionality, allowing it to provide power to connected devices over the Ethernet cables.
